Today is funny. First of all, it’s my birthday, and from this day forward, the daylight hours will be getting longer.

It’s a short trading week, since the 25th will see the stock market closed for the Christmas Holiday. That means that next week will be the Santa Claus Rally week. I will have to watch and see what happens. In the meantime, there was today. I started looking at 9:35 this morning to see what is happening with my stocks. Every last one of them was up! Some by a good bit.
By 2 pm they were all back down at least halfway and some down to where they were on Friday night. Well, that’s life. It’s still got some time to go, but I’m not going to get crazy about it. I am holding firm on my commitment to not buy anything new till after the New Year, but it’s hard! There are so many that I want to stick my nose into!
I keep checking them, and they go up and down, rinse and repeat, over and over.
I wonder if tomorrow will be a crazy day, or maybe Wednesday will be worse, since Thursday the market will be closed. Probably some folks will want to get in some last-minute trades. I am holding back!
