For the last 40 years of so that I have lived in New Jersey, I have gone to CVS as my drug store. It’s really close and convenient to get to so I find them very useful.
CVS Health has more than drug stores though. They also have a health insurance company, so I see them on all those Medicare commercials that inundate the TV at the end of the year.
The stock has been miserable. It has been in the red (in my portfolio) for ages. It pops out once in a while but goes back to red after a little bit. But my goal is to own companies that I use and believe in, so I am keeping it.
They do pay a nice dividend which helps.
