What a crazy week
Last week was no fun at all. I think everything I have took a nosedive. It was not fun at all. My portfolio loss for the week was up around 400 dollars, even after gaining a little bit back on Friday. It’s a mess! Kimberly Clark is suffering because as a tissue and papers company, a lot of that comes from Canada. Realty Inc is hurting because the housing situation is miserable. Any real estate firms will feel a pinch as we move forward. Interest rates are likely to go up this month when the FED meets, and I can’t blame them based on what I am hearing. The Tech stocks was weird. Several of them went way way down, while a few went up. It as a big difference though. On would go down 20 dollars while a few others went up a couple dollars. Not enough to make up for it. Then on Friday some came back to life. The indexes showed pretty good returns, but I was still down about 300 or so.
I’m not around the house and so I don’t get to watch things, and this has been a weekend where nothing happened anyway. So hopefully we will see things change on Monday!
